What will you do?

  • Support the day-to-day operation of Kroo’s technology and operational processes, learning how systems, services, and teams interact to deliver banking services.
  • Assist with incident management activities, including documenting incidents, tracking actions, and supporting reporting.
  • Support change management processes, including administration and coordination of changes.
  • Help maintain operational documentation, CMDB records, and service information.
  • Assist in operational resilience activities, including mapping updates, documentation, and evidence collection.
  • Support business continuity planning (BCP) documentation and contact management.
  • Assist with supplier and third-party processes, including documentation and due diligence tracking.
  • Support the preparation of operational reports and data collection.
  • Learn and contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives, supporting documentation and simple tasks.
  • Work with internal teams to support coordination and operational delivery activities.
  • Follow defined processes and escalate issues appropriately.

Requirements

  • Strong interest in technology, operations, or financial services.
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow structured processes and documentation.
  • Basic understanding of data (e.g. spreadsheets, reporting).
