Kroo Bank Ltd. is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst to develop and maintain the bank's operational risk framework, reporting to the Operational Risk Manager in 2LOD.
You will help teams identify, assess, monitor and report operational risks across the business.
You will lead reviews, help implement policies, support RCSA, risk events and MI for senior management and the Board, and work with teams to strengthen controls while maintaining independent risk oversight.
