Founded in Istanbul in 2012, Kronotrop has grown into one of Turkey’s most respected specialty coffee roasteries, with 36 cafés nationwide. Now, we’re bringing our passion for coffee, community, and creativity to the UK – opening our very first café in Fitzrovia, Central London.
We’re looking for baristas to join our opening team. This is a rare chance to be part of something new and fresh, helping us shape the Kronotrop experience for our London community from day one.
What you’ll do
• Craft and serve high-quality specialty coffee with care and consistency
• Deliver warm, engaging customer service that makes guests feel at home
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Contribute ideas and energy as we grow our new London café together

• Previous barista experience in a specialty coffee environment
