Responsibilities

• Assist with various production tasks, learning the process from start to finish.

Apprenticeship Details

The successful candidates will undertake a 4-year apprenticeship programme, earning a BTEC Level 3 qualification in engineering, along with a Level 3 NVQ in Process Industry Operations via the local college.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 A-C grades at GCSE, including Maths, English, and Science.
• A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
