About Us
Kronospan has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Trainee to join the sales team based in Chirk, North Wales. The successful candidates will join us on a full-time permanent basis and will receive a competitive salary and bonus.
Main duties and responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high standard of customer care to new and existing customers and support external representatives.
- Maintain good relationships with key customer accounts.
- Prepare daily reports on customer calls using the CRM system.
- Coordinate with departments like Despatch, Production, and Accounts regarding customer requirements.
- Plan and schedule deliveries based on stock availability.
- Process orders and send acknowledgements.
- Maintain price files and control invoiced prices.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
- Experience in Telemarketing, Customer Service, or Sales is beneficial.
- Experience communicating via email and telephone.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs grades A-C, including Maths and English.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
