Descripción de las funciones y responsabilidades
Dentro de las tareas a desarrollar se encuentran:
- Controlar el personal a su cargo.
- Organizar y supervisar diariamente los trabajos de mantenimiento mecánico.
- Controlar y organizar todo el material relativo a suministros del mantenimiento.
- Planificación de las operaciones de mantenimiento y construcción de nuevas instalaciones.
- Definir los procedimientos de uso y revisión de instalaciones.
- Definir los programas de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo.
- Coordinar los trabajos con las subcontratas.
- Estudiar las diferentes ofertas, así como valorarlas y negociarlas.
- Gestión de mantenimiento de equipos e instalaciones industriales.
Requisitos:
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años, preferiblemente en entornos industriales, liderazgo de equipos de trabajo, capacidad de adaptación y tolerancia al estrés.
- Formación profesional grado medio y grado superior en mecánica o relacionado.
- Ingeniero técnico industrial o similar.
- Conocimientos demostrables de la sección correspondiente.
- Inglés: nivel alto indispensable.
- Conocimiento avanzado en ofimática.
