The Corporate Finance Analyst opportunity at our base in Chirk, Wrexham works within an international network of Corporate Finance offices. The role will have a primary focus on Business Development, playing a key role in supporting local and global operations to deliver industry leading returns.

Chirk is located in the beautiful countryside of North East Wales, and has excellent transport links to local cities Chester, Liverpool, and Manchester. We are looking for motivated and ambitious professionals to join our Corporate Finance team.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of financial models and business plans for investment appraisal, financing & refinancing opportunities, and financial forecasts
  • Responsible for accurately gathering and analysing group and other financial data in order to prepare reports and presentations for senior executives
  • To provide financial forecasts as and when the business requires
  • Preparation of presentations to banks and other stakeholders
  • Develop business models to accurately report on business performance
  • Support junior Corporate Finance team members in their activities and review of their work
  • Assistance with any other Corporate Finance related tasks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance (minimum part-qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
  • Proven practical experience in finance and manufacturing roles
  • Knowledge of financial planning and group accounts - advantageous
  • Driven by curiosity with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to undertake international travel, as required
