Kronospan is a world‑leading manufacturer of wood‑based panels using advanced technology with 125 years history of success with over 50 plants across the globe. We have pioneered many of our industry's key advances and will continue to lead product development and innovation into the future. We open our third production plant in Spain, located in Tortosa, with an initial investment of 270 million euros and more than 180 direct jobs. The group will invest in Tortosa around 500 million euros in the coming years and reach at least 300 employees. This new Greenfield location will help us to expand our European operations and explore new and emerging markets.
