What awaits you:

  • Allocation of service and project jobs to SAP to effectively utilise engineering resource at minimum cost.
  • Adjustment of engineer work schedules to facilitate changes to work plans.
  • Working with the suppliers of non‑KUK engineers when necessary to satisfy job completion.
  • Liaising and communicating with engineers over work duties, travel, changes to work plans.
  • Liaising and communicating with customers over work plans, necessary information and to generally ensure good customer service.
  • Team working with Service and Technical managers/other departments to ensure that the engineer has the necessary documentation to allow the job to be done effectively.
  • Escalating resource concerns with managers to enable problem solving, good planning and on‑time job completion.
  • Liaison with Service Admin team on finance issues as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Scheduling background with previous experience of the food & beverage industry preferable but not essential.
  • High level of computer literacy and IT skills, and having used MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project), but also with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • SAP Scheduling / planning systems an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills both written, verbal and face to face.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers both externally and internally.
