What awaits you:
- Create and process both simple and complex enquiries, quotations and orders in the current Krones systems.
- Communicate technical solutions to customers and Krones AG specialists, clarify technical details and ensure an accurate offer to the customer, arranging meetings/calls where necessary.
- Clarify complex technical, commercial and schedule-related customer requirements in quotations and orders.
- Support the LCS team with technical clarification of new enquiries.
- Create and manage opportunities in our current CRM system.
- Convert quotations and order confirmations according to location, currency and sales policy.
- Proactively monitor the internal deadlines of the retrofit divisions for quotation processing and order clarification.
- Coordinate and track project milestones for LCS Sales, including quotation follow‑up.
- Ensure the OneNote filing system is kept up to date.
- Arrange shipments for UK and ROI orders using the preferred transport provider, based on the required service and shipping point.
- Monitor reports to ensure timely order processing, shipment and invoicing of LCS orders.
- Take ownership and manage allocated customer accounts.
- Cooperate closely with LCS Project Management and LCS Regional Sales Managers.
- Assist with resolution of customer complaints related to LCS Sales.
- Engage in regular customer site visits when required.
- Check and authorise LCS inbound invoices from Krones AG and 3rd party suppliers.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures for relevant LCS Sales tasks.
Requirements:
- At least three years’ experience in a same/similar industry with a proven track record.
- Engineering/Technical qualification, or equivalent experience is essential.
- Good level of computer literacy, having used MS office, but also with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience in SAP and CRM systems advantageous.
- Communication capability in written, verbal, face to face and good listening skills to ensure clarity of message.
- Self‑motivated to work efficiently and achieve objectives.
- Ability to work cross functionally with other departments within the company.
