We are recruiting for a Marketing Executive to join the Krone UK team with a strong focus on digital marketing. This role offers variety, creativity, and the opportunity to work on projects across both online and offline channels. You will play an active part in growing our brand presence, particularly through social media, email marketing, and creative digital content, while also supporting events and agricultural shows.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Territory Teams to deliver cohesive campaigns that align with brand goals and regional sales activity. Create and design engaging visual content for social media (including videos and reels), website, and email marketing campaigns, using tools such as Canva and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator). Produce artwork for printed marketing collateral such as brochures, leaflets, and adverts.
Manage KRONE social media accounts — posting content, monitoring engagement, and growing our online community. Create regular email marketing campaigns and e-newsletters for customers and KRONE dealers, using HubSpot. Repurpose press releases into engaging online content for web and social channels. Maintain and update website content, with a focus on SEO best practices. Track and report on digital performance using tools such as Google Analytics.
Provide administrative support to the Marketing and Sales team (e.g. mailouts, data entry, report writing). Actively participate in planning, attending, and supporting shows and events — including occasional midweek/weekend travel and overnight stays.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing or related role.
- Strong creative skills — experience with Canva and/or Adobe Suite desirable but not essential.
- Experience managing and growing social media accounts.
- Knowledge of HubSpot, website CMS platforms, and Google Analytics is desirable.
- Good copywriting skills and an eye for detail.
- Enthusiastic about representing the brand at shows and events.
- Willingness to learn new tools and adapt to new marketing trends.
KRONE will offer a competitive salary with annual bonus to the successful candidate plus 26 days annual leave, excluding UK bank holidays. KRONE UK is a growing company so the opportunity for training and development (i.e. Chartered Institute of Marketing CIM qualifications) is potentially available for the successful candidates.
