Our Restructuring practice serves as a financial advisor to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, and other interested parties in distressed situations across various industries. At Kroll, your work will help deliver clarity to our clients’ governance, risk, and transparency challenges.
Responsibilities include:
- Working with current management teams on non-formal restructuring and advisory assignments across the UK, including:
- Independent Business Reviews (“IBRs”)
- Cash flow modeling
- Forecast appraisals
- Pre-lending reviews
- Options reviews
- Contingency planning
- HMRC Time To Pay arrangements
- Accelerated M&A
- Stakeholder management
- Debt refinancing
Additional duties include preparing reports, supervising financial analysis, stakeholder engagement, ensuring timely delivery, mentoring team members, contributing to business development, and promoting Kroll’s services.
Requirements:
- Experience managing advisory cases from start to finish
- Experience in quality control, recoveries, billing, and resource management
- Risk-tolerant, driven, team player, influential
- Strong business development skills and personal network
- Experience in managerial roles within top UK accountancy practices or equivalent, with relevant qualifications. Insolvency experience is a plus.
