Our Restructuring practice serves as a financial advisor to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, and other interested parties in distressed situations across virtually every industry and scenario. At Kroll, your work will help deliver clarity to our clients’ most complex governance, risk, and transparency challenges.

As a Senior Manager, you will be driven, willing to take risks, and capable of solving problems. You will be a team player and influence others within our Restructuring business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the current management teams for London Advisory, focusing on non-formal restructuring and advisory assignments across the UK, including:
  • Independent Business Reviews (IBRs)
  • Short-term cash flow modelling
  • Long-term integrated forecast appraisals
  • Pre-lending reviews
  • Options reviews
  • Contingency planning
  • HMRC Time To Pay Arrangements
  • Accelerated M&A
  • Stakeholder management
  • Debt refinancing
  • Prepare reports for Managing Directors, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion.
  • Supervise detailed financial analysis of statutory accounts, management information, cash flow forecasts, and long-term models, identifying key trends and performance drivers.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, liaise with clients, employees, agents, and solicitors as needed.
  • Ensure all project timescales are met.
  • Create financial forecasts using Excel and other tools, based on client data and historic financial information.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, including training and appraisals.
  • Assist in preparing tenders for new work and liaising with lenders and other offices.
  • Review Information Memorandums and liaise with potential purchasers in accelerated M&A transactions.
  • Promote Kroll’s services through marketing events, seminars, and presentations.
  • Requirements:
    • Experience managing advisory cases from initial client contact to final review.
    • Experience in quality control, managing recoveries, billings, and resource management.
    • Risk-tolerant, driven, team-oriented, and influential in motivating others.
    • Strong business development skills, a personal network, and experience in producing tenders and sector analysis.
    • Management experience within an advisory team at a top UK accountancy practice or equivalent, with a strong academic background and relevant accounting qualifications.
    • Insolvency qualifications and experience are a plus.
