Kroll is seeking a Senior Manager - Restructuring to join our team in Greater Manchester, England. This role involves serving as a financial advisor to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors, and other parties in distressed situations across various industries.
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Working with management teams on non-formal restructuring and advisory assignments across the UK, including IBRs, cash flow modeling, forecast appraisals, pre-lending reviews, and stakeholder management.
- Supervising detailed financial analyses, creating forecasts, and ensuring timely completion of reports.
- Managing client relations and liaising with stakeholders, including clients' employees, agents, and solicitors.
- Providing guidance and mentorship to team members, supporting their training and progression.
Minimum requirements include experience in advisory cases from initial client contact to final review, understanding of formal insolvencies (preferably JIEB qualified), and strong business development skills. A background in a senior managerial role within a top UK accountancy practice or equivalent, with relevant accounting and insolvency qualifications, is preferred.
