Kroll’s Eastern Europe and Central Asia team is seeking a Manager, based in London. The successful candidate will manage projects and client relationships and will have responsibility for case completion and follow-up.

Navigating Responsibilities:

1. Plan and manage complex investigations, including business intelligence, internal (client) investigations, consulting projects, and forensic matters, with the support of Kroll’s expert resources, as they relate to Central Eastern Europe, Ukraine, the Caucasus, and Central Asia.
2. Monitor the quality of Associate research and analysis on the case, ensuring that Kroll’s high standards are met each time. Provide guidance and feedback on research where necessary.
3. Write well-structured, logical, and objective reports which present the research in a client-focused manner and address the clients’ central questions and concerns.
4. Ensure high standards of financial and administrative case management, through to collection.
5. Generate new ideas and support strategic initiatives to increase the success of the firm through increased revenue and profitability.
6. Contribute to the professional development and performance management of team personnel and external resources.
7. Build strong working relationships with colleagues across Kroll’s network of offices and various practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

1. Strong academic background (Bachelor\’s degree required. Master\’s in relevant field a plus).
2. Prior experience in a business intelligence, political risk, strategic affairs, or similar consulting firm.
3. Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to deliver eloquent reports both orally and in writing.
4. Excellent research and writing skills.
5. Fluency in a language from the region—either Eastern Europe or other CIS jurisdictions—is highly desirable.
6. Knowledge of the regional business environment, preferably gained through practical experience working with regional clients.
7. 4+ years of professional experience.
8. Demonstrated effectiveness in project management and team leadership.
9. Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills, including the ability to summarize information quickly and effectively from multiple sources into concise analytical assessments.
10. Exceptional attention to detail.
11. Ability to initiate, manage, develop, and maintain client relationships, ensuring client expectations are met.
12. The position will require regular international travel.
