RESPONSIBILITIES Drive net new business in support of Risk Advisory and Kroll’s Expert Services Construction growth goals.
Collaborate with service line leaders to identify key and target clients, manage, maintain and grow relationships with those clients across the region.
Drive revenue growth across key and target clients through increasing our relationship strength and subsequent win rate by successfully introducing our Expert Services as well as our broad portfolio of risk advisory solutions.
Develop and implement key initiatives, including business plans and client satisfaction reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and execute “Next Generation” business development initiatives and leading the “Go-To-Market Strategy” and subsequent reporting.
Partnering with Stakeholders to develop proposals, presentations and pricing strategies.
Strategic Relationship Management Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client relationships.
Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
Collaborate with subject matter experts and marketing to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform business strategies.
Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
Represent our firm at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS 15+ years business development experience in construction consulting. Experience working in a consulting firm is a plus but not required.
Significant construction related industry experience and general knowledge of overall risk advisory services.
Established network, and background in Business Development. Strong existing network of relationships in the construction community.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish and nurture long-term partnerships.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, meticulous and energetic individual willing to work within a team structure.
Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence stakeholders.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Ability to build a robust pipeline by originating and qualifying leads.
Visionary mindset to anticipate industry trends and market opportunities, to inform sales strategies and adapted solutions for our clients.
