Kroll Agency & Trustee Services (FKA Lucid Agency and Trustee Services Ltd) was launched in 2017 and provides independent, conflict-free, third-party loan agency, security agency and bond trustee services. Servicing the bond and loan markets, Kroll has developed its strong reputation by providing proactive and bespoke services to its clients. We currently manage over 1000 loan and bond transactions.
The Client Services Team administers our portfolio of transactions from a business as usual (BAU) perspective from signing a deal through to its maturity. Daily workstreams include but are not limited to waivers, consent and amendments, obligor accessions, accordions, security maintenance, information undertakings and queries from finance parties. Each Portfolio Transaction Manager is the central point of contact for our clients and acts as a conduit between parties to ensure adherence to the conditions set out in the finance documents.
As an intern working in the Client Services Team, you will contribute to an important project involving a strategic review of collateral and security. You will play a key role in helping us map the collateral we hold, gaining exposure to various types of transaction structure and an understanding of how collateral can be used to mitigate risk.
Responsibilities:- Conducting a comprehensive inventory of collateral assets and documentation held by us in our roles as Facility Agent and Security Agent.
- Data validation, reconciliation and records management.
- Administrative tasks including scanning, photocopying and filing.
- Provide additional administrative support to the team when requested.
- Regular communication with internal stakeholders to advise progress in the project.
- Good business sense and a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Structured approach to problem solving.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Professional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
