About the Role

Kroll’s Data Analytics team combines commercial insight, technical know-how, and analytical problem-solving skills to support our clients’ transactions and broader strategic decisions.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Building client relationships and acting as a direct contact with current and prospective clients.
• Providing insight and expertise on target industries, market, and competitor information.
• Managing valuation modelling analysis, including determining appropriate valuation methodology and building and reviewing financial models.
• Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management.
• Supervising and mentoring staff on analyses, reports, and presentations.
• Driving insights through data analytics.
• Gaining exposure to transactions on buy-side and sell-side, financial planning & analysis, restructuring, strategic decision support, and data analytics.

Essential Traits

• A Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree (preferably in a STEM subject) or relevant work experience.
• An accounting or other financial professional qualification.
• Experience building and reviewing financial models in Excel and VBA.
• Leadership experience including managing client relationships and mentoring staff.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
• A passion for learning and self-directed technical learning.
• Broad sector experience is desirable; experience in Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewables, and Financial Services is a plus.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL Server, and Python is advantageous.
