In this role you will build strong client relationships and serve as the primary contact for current and prospective clients. You will provide industry, market and competitor insights to support valuation and Decision Intelligence work. You will supervise and mentor staff, drive insight through data analytics, and contribute to buy-side, sell-side, FP&A, restructuring and strategic decision support transactions. This is an opportunity to shape client outcomes by applying analytical problem solving within Kroll's decision intelligence practice.

Pay / Benefits

  • Build client relationships and act as a direct contact with current and prospective clients
  • Provide insight on target industries, market and competitor information
  • Support Directors to manage valuation and Decision Intelligence, including selecting appropriate methodologies
  • Identify and communicate potential engagements to management
  • Supervise and mentor staff on analyses, reports, and presentations
  • Drive insight through data analytics
  • Gain exposure to transactions including buy-side, sell-side, financial planning & analysis, restructuring and strategic decision support

Key requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (ideally in a STEM subject) or relevant work experience
  • An accounting or other financial professional qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in this field
  • Demonstrated leadership experience including managing and developing client relationships and mentoring staff
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A passion for learning and evidence of self-directed learning on technical subjects
  • Broad sector experience desirable but Private Equity, Infrastructure, Renewables and Financial Services a plus
  • Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with Power BI, Alteryx, SQL Server and Python a plus
