In this role, you will lead the Financial Investigation service line to help governments, regulators, and private clients understand and address financial crime. You'll build the practice, win large engagements, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver impactful investigations. You'll drive data-driven approaches and client relationships to enhance service delivery and profitability.   • Originate business within the Financial Investigation service line for complex, multi-jurisdictional accounting investigations.
  • Market services to internal partners and external clients; nurture client networks and sales/marketing strategies.
  • Identify cross-marketing opportunities across Kroll service lines.
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to win and execute large-scale engagements.
  • Develop a comprehensive data analytics strategy to enhance investigation effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities to deepen existing or obtain new business.
  • Deliver presentations to potential clients, prosecutors, and regulators when needed.
  • Direct and oversee case management to meet client expectations and budgets.

Qualifications:

  • 15+ years of relevant experience with progression, including at least 5 years in financial investigations in the private sector.
  • Contacts and strong reputation in the private sector; ability to leverage relationships for new business.
  • Proven leadership ability and hands-on capability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to identify opportunities to offer additional or alternative services to clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency; advanced use of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
