Responsibilities
- Identify and discuss with the manager issues and obstacles as they arise, suggesting solutions to overcome and progress matters.
- Use the IPS case management system for all cases, proactively addressing upcoming diary events as appropriate.
- Visit client premises/offices and liaise with client stakeholders and their professional advisors as required.
- Assist in the pursuit of targets and conversion of opportunities, including tender preparation where appropriate.
- Provide supervision of or delegate work to more junior staff and assist juniors with queries.
- Draft non‑standard correspondence and statutory/template correspondence.
- Draft information memoranda, liaise with interested parties in respect of sale of business and/or assets.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of insolvency experience across administrations, liquidations (CVL and MVL) and CVA processes.
- Commensurate knowledge of the Insolvency Act and Rules relating to the above procedures.
- Qualified ACA/ACCA or training towards achieving these qualifications.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.
- Experience working with diverse teams.
