We are seeking an ambitious and qualified individual to join our London team. The role includes the development and implementation of the business plan working with the local team and delivery of insolvency and restructuring assignments. This is an exciting role within the organisation and will offer the successful candidate a wealth of knowledge, experience and increased responsibility.
Responsibilities:
- Driving high-profile insolvency and restructuring assignments and investigations.
- Delivering quality work product and a high level of client service.
- Driving business and practice development.
- Establishing and developing relationships with potential and current clients.
- Promoting an insolvency/restructuring firm and sourcing new work.
- Managing an office and leading a team of professional staff and providing supervision and training.
- Participating in and leading global business initiatives.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years' relevant work experience, including insolvency, restructuring and associated investigations.
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, business administration or finance.
- Proven track record of business development.
- Highly motivated with a good business sense and commercial acumen.
- Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills.
- Strong people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken).
