About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure an outstanding guest experience every day. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who is passionate about people, quality service, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
- Lead, motivate, and develop the team
- Deliver exceptional guest service and handle customer feedback
- Manage staffing levels, rotas, and recruitment
- Monitor financial performance, stock, and cost controls
- Ensure standards of health & safety and food hygiene are maintained
- Work closely with senior leadership to drive business performance
About You
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager
- Strong leadership and people-management skills
- Passionate about hospitality and customer service
- Commercially aware with strong organisational ability
- Hands-on, positive and proactive attitude
