Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently, ensuring freshness and quality. Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, load orders into customers' vehicles upon arrival. Responsibilities

• Select and gather products for customers' online orders, ensuring freshness and quality.
• Initiate and complete the selection process for online orders.
• Assemble orders, process coupons and payment, deliver and load orders into vehicles.
• Scan and bag orders on the go while following bagging standards.
• Communicate any substitutions or exceptions to the customer at pickup.
• Meet or exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Receive and store orders in optimal temperature zones.
• Read and follow directions in the note section.
• Ensure quality and freshness of all items chosen.
• Communicate with customers via a portable phone and respond to calls professionally.
• Retrieve each customer's order from all staging locations, verify accuracy, and load into vehicles.
• Process orders through the POS system.
• Determine appropriate substitutions when items are out of stock.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment.
• Report pricing, scanning, and item location discrepancies to the e-Commerce supervisor.
• Inspect equipment and notify supervisor of items needing repair.
• Perform required opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in training new e-Commerce team members.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards.
• Work cooperatively in a high‑paced and sometimes stressful environment.

Qualifications
