We are looking for a candidate to cover the mature sales area of Greater London and its surrounding regions. The successful Field Sales Representative will play a crucial role in establishing and growing our customer base, representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Candidates should be IT‑competent, willing to self‑learn, and able to problem‑solve.
Responsibilities:
- Field‑based prospecting, pitching, and securing new business with plumbing merchants, builders merchants, and DIY stores throughout Greater London and surrounding areas such as Slough, Luton, and Hertfordshire.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions, and managing client accounts and orders.
- Show motivation, efficiency, initiative and use CRM for reporting.
- Account and credit management for customer accounts.
- Utilise own vehicle for travel within the region, ensuring timely and efficient coverage.
- Collaborate with the existing sales team and head office to ensure cohesive strategies and brand representation.
Requirements:
- Reside within the Greater London region.
- Have a personal mobile phone for job‑related communication.
- Hold a valid driving licence and have full access to a vehicle in good working order for work‑related travel.
- Must have previous sales experience, particularly with plumbing/builders merchants and DIY stores.
- Ability to maintain CRM systems and process orders on a web‑based order processing system.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Compensation:
£28,000 – £35,000 per year.

- 20 days annual leave plus 8 bank holidays and company‑paid Christmas closure (approximately 8–10 days).
