Kristina Zanic Consultants – London is hiring Senior Interior Designers (FF&E - Hospitality). Are you ready to be part of a fast-paced, dynamic team? Kristina Zanic Consultants is expanding, and we’re looking for passionate, creative Interior Designers specialising in hospitality to join our new studio in the heart of London.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and manage all project stages, including briefing, concept design, schematic design, design development, design documentation, and contract administration.
- Oversee all phases of design projects, from new builds to refurbishments, ensuring exceptional results.
- Develop designs and feasibility studies for high-end residential, commercial and hospitality.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and sub-consultants, handling all correspondence throughout the project lifecycle.
- Demonstrate expertise in design creativity, space planning, materiality, FF&E, software tools, resource programming, and post-contract processes.
- Handle budget management, procurement processes, and resource planning effectively.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate with senior colleagues and the wider design team.
- Report on project deliverables to Design Heads and manage timelines to ensure deadlines are met.
- Support business development by preparing creative presentations and attending client meetings to secure new projects.
Who You Are
- Hold a bachelor’s degree in interior design, architecture or equivalent.
- A driven designer with a proven track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
- Passionate about delivering innovative solutions in a collaborative environment.
- Experienced in designing interior spaces for various project types, including high-end residential, hospitality and F&B.
- A natural leader and team player eager to grow with a forward-thinking, fast-paced company.
- Proficient in relevant software tools, with strong presentation skills and a proactive attitude.
