Responsibilities:
- Maintain relationships with current convenience store distributors, communicate daily/weekly regarding merchandise orders and deliveries.
- Help with hiring, training, and supervision of team members to execute daily tasks.
- Create team member schedules, ensure all shifts are covered and adjust schedules to accommodate employees when possible.
- Ability to resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints or supply shortages.
- Organize and upkeep status of inventory supply and controls.
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked by rotating and replenishing merchandise.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Conduct daily/monthly accounting reports.
- Assist with day-to-day operation of the station including cash registers, cleaning etc.
- Must have the ability to work holidays, nights and weekends.
- Oversee daily operations to ensure that food safety, product preparation, cleanliness and inventory control standards are maintained.
- Ensure food safety procedures are executed according to policy as well as health/sanitation regulations.
