Our Krispy Kreme Factory in Peterborough is one of the key hubs of our UK operations — where our skilled Manufacturing and Logistics teams freshly make, decorate, and dispatch thousands of doughnuts every day. From here, we supply stores and cabinets across the East of England, ensuring every guest enjoys the same delicious quality we're known for. What will I do as a Food Processing Operative:
You’ll be responsible for mixing our secret ingredients, filling, decorating, and boxing all our yummy doughnuts by hand daily. You’ll work in a fast-paced and versatile manufacturing environment, with tight deadlines especially during peak times throughout the week and year. Expectations of quality and food safety standards are high; therefore, consistency and ability to follow food processing specifications is key.
What we’re looking for in a Food Processing Operative:
- Flexibility to work an 8 hour / day, in line with site specific manufacturing shift requirements
- Excellent availability to work between Monday to Sunday
- Quality focused, team players, who are looking to master their craft, while not taking themselves too seriously
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
