What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true) :
You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point. You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands‑on : working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
You’ll also jump into the behind‑the‑scenes magic : stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
