What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):
- You’ll run the show on shift — front and center with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
- You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing.
- You’ll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
- You’ll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic — stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here.
- When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
