Whether you’re in one of our bustling standalone factories or a show-stopping theatre store, you’ll be at the heart of the action, helping produce the doughnuts everyone loves. In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success.
Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut-making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it’s showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and your part of the performance. No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training — all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and support the processing team during your shift.
- Production Oversight: Ensure targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Doughnut Preparation: Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.
- Food Safety & Hygiene: Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
- Operational Collaboration: Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.
- Training & Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
What We’re Looking For
- Leadership Experience: Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a food or production setting.
- Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically active, on-your-feet work.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A calm, focused problem solver who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work across the full shift rota, including weekends.
- Team-Oriented: Reliable, positive, and motivated by teamwork and results.
