Location: Our Support Office is situated above the heart of the action right on top of our doughnut factory in Frimley, Surrey. Here, you’ll become part of a collaborative and welcoming team that oversees everything from Brand and Finance to Operations, People & Culture, and Supply Chain—all within a single location. Your New Role: In this role you will be an inspirational leader within the finance function, driving the change needed to achieve business objectives. You will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transformational efficiency changes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function. Implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
- Business Systems Optimisation: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure the effective application and configuration of existing business systems. Enhance system functionality to support business objectives.
- Project Management: Lead finance transformation projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
- Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to finance team members on new systems and processes. Ensure the team has the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive business performance.

What experience do you need:
- Ideally you’ll have 5 years in a finance role with strategic responsibility.
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
- You have an extremely sharp eye for detail teamed with strong experience in driving efficiency through continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of business systems optimization.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Excellent MS Office Suite.
- Extremely organised with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Solid communicator and stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate with multiple departments.
