As a team member, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, and keeping the store looking great and running smoothly. Lone working – all applicants must be 18+.
Responsibilities
- Run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles, boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
- Guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. Hands‑on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up treats, and making the cabinet look as good as the doughnuts taste.
- Jump into behind‑the‑scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, and ensuring everyone’s happy. Hold down the fort when manager away.
Qualifications
- Experience running the floor or ready to rise into next step.
- Lead with heart: people‑first, customer‑obsessed, all about good vibes.
