What You’ll Do as a Shift Manager:
As a Shift Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our Watford Factory operations. You’ll lead a team on the night shift, ensuring smooth production, high-quality standards, and safety on the shopfloor. You’ll enforce company policies, handle challenges, and support your team while acting as the senior person on-site in the absence of the site manager.
