We’re looking to strengthen our people plan in our Doughnut Factory in Rochdale.
Krispy Kreme Benefits:
Pay: Competitive Annual Salary between £38,000 – £40,000 (paid monthly) + Annual Bonus
Benefits: 25 Holiday Days, Pension Scheme, Life Assurance.
Contract: Full Time Days (between (usually between 07:00-19:00) Permanent, 4 on 4 off (to include weekends)

What will I do as a Shift Manager:
You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Krispy Kreme manufacturing process. As Shift Manager, you will oversee and coordinate the activities of employees during their assigned shift, from the shopfloor. This includes supervising staff, delegating tasks and maintaining a smooth workflow. As Shift Manager you are responsible for enforcing company policies and procedures, addressing any issues that arise during the shift, and providing guidance and support to team members. You will ensure that consistency, quality, Health & Safety and productivity are maintained throughout the shift and act as the most senior person on site in the absence of the site manager.
What we’re looking for in a Shift Manager:
● Food Manufacturing experience
● Leadership and People Management experience within an FMCG/Food environment.
● Experience in continuous improvement processes and methodology
● IT literate with good verbal and numerate skills
● Strong communication skills
