We’re looking for a curious, imaginative, and hands on Product Developer to join our team at Krispy Kreme UK. Based across our Watford Factory (2 days) & London Office (1 day), you’ll take ideas from the first spark of inspiration all the way through to launch, creating new flavours, formats, and showstoppers that delight our fans nationwide.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the full product journey, concept to launch. From idea generation and kitchen trials to specs, presenting and final sign off.
- Develop mouth watering doughnuts & beverages, everyday icons and seasonal sensations alike.
- Spot trends and translate them into commercially viable, crave-worthy products.
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver seamless, successful rollouts.
What we’re looking for
- 3+ years’ experience in end-to-end product development, ideally in bakery, sweet treats, desserts, or confectionery.
- Proven track record of taking products from kitchen concept to market launch.
- Degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, or equivalent practical experience.
- Creative flair balanced with strong technical knowledge of ingredients and baking processes.
- A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and great communication skills.
