What You’ll Do- Lead factory trials: scheduling ingredients, equipment, and production time to scale up new products.
- Own the trial process: from start to finish, from setup to post-trial reports, including sensory, quality, and yield analysis.
- Support food safety & compliance: through audits, HACCP verification, and process control checks.
- Create engaging training content: from QAS documents to digital learning materials.
- Be the go-to technical expert: for process troubleshooting, quality issues, and continuous improvement projects across our manufacturing network.
- A strong background in food manufacturing or process technology.
- Knowledge of HACCP, auditing, and food safety standards.
- Confident in running and evaluating factory trials.
- Good Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Experience with Articulate Rise, LMS platforms, and video editing tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you’re just as comfortable on the factory floor as in a stakeholder meeting.
