Role Overview
As our Human Resources Information System Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing our people data systems, ensuring compliance, and delivering insightful analytics. Working closely with the People Services Manager, you'll oversee the People & Culture database and other HR systems, providing seamless user experiences, building dashboards and accurate reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for HR system and people data enquiries.
- Assist in the administration and configuration of HR systems: Element Suite, Thrive & Peoplebank.
- Regularly audit and cleanse data to maintain system efficiency.
- Identify and implement process and system improvements.
- Generate and distribute standard management reports and data outputs.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards, demonstrating awareness of HR metrics.
- Present data analysis findings and provide recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Train and support end users to ensure correct system utilisation and data interpretation.
- Maintain internal and external system and process documentation.
- Undertake project work as directed by the People Services Manager.
- Assist the wider People & Culture Team and stakeholders with general tasks as required.
