We’re looking for a Head of Region to lead our North England & Scotland area. You’ll be the heartbeat of your area, coaching our managers, shaping the customer experience, driving commercial success, and making sure every decision, every doughnut, and every guest moment reflects the magic of Krispy Kreme.

What you’ll do:
- Lead from the front: Inspire, support and coach our Multi-Site Managers to bring out their best, while building high-performing, happy teams.
- Create the experience: Set the standard for service and operations, ensuring every guest leaves with a smile (and a doughnut).
- Own the numbers: Manage your region’s P&L and drive performance across sales, labour, waste and profitability.
- Bring strategy to life: Translate big-picture plans into action your teams can feel and deliver on.
- Keep things moving: Simplify the complex, focus on what matters most, and help teams succeed, day in, day out.
- Be the voice of retail: Collaborate with support teams, influence cross-functional priorities, and champion shop insights.
- Inspire belief : Build culture, unlock potential, and lead your teams through change with empathy and clarity.
What you’ll bring :
- 7+ years leading in a multi-site retail environment, including area or regional roles
- A proven track record of growing people, culture and commercial results
- Strong P&L ownership and a natural instinct for trading, forecasting and resourcing
- A talent for simplifying, prioritising and making fast, focused decisions
- A coaching led leadership style that builds trust, engagement and momentum
- Clear communication skills, from shop floor to boardroom
- Resilience, emotional intelligence and a true belief in what we do
