Krispy Kreme UK & Ireland is seeking a commercially sharp, hands‑on IT Director to lead technology across retail, manufacturing, supply chain, e-commerce and corporate systems. What You’ll Do
- Develop a pragmatic technology roadmap focused on strengthening foundations
- Improve reliability and performance across retail, production and online platforms
- Strengthen integrations and data quality
- Own and enhance SOX ITGC controls
- Reduce key‑person dependency and knowledge risk
- Lead and develop a small specialist team
- Manage outsourced partners and drive accountability
- Support digital and e‑commerce initiatives (Magento platform)

- Retail and/or manufacturing exposure preferred
- Strong vendor and outsourced partner management
- Commercial mindset with disciplined investment thinking
