Your new role: As a Food Safety Trainer at Krispy Kreme, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. You will deliver comprehensive training programs, conduct audits, and collaborate with various departments to foster a culture of safety and quality.

Your mission - should you choose to accept it:

  • Develop and Deliver Training: Create and implement engaging training sessions on food safety, hygiene practices, and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Conduct Audits and Inspections: Regularly assess food handling practices, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with People & Culture, Supply Chain, Quality & Technical teams to integrate food safety practices into daily operations.
  • Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of training sessions, audits, and corrective actions taken to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

What we are looking for:

  • Experience: Proven experience in food safety training within a food manufacturing or retail environment.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications such as Level 3 or 4 Award in Food Safety, HACCP, or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of food safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP).
  • Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and organisational skills. Ability to engage and educate diverse audiences.
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to maintaining high standards of food safety.

This role will be field based and require travel across the UK & Ireland.
