Pay: Competitive Annual Salary (paid monthly) + Annual Bonus
Benefits: 28 holiday days, company pension scheme, life assurance, holiday purchase scheme and sabbatical (after 3 years’ service).
Contract: Full Time, Permanent. Working 45 hours per week, 5 out of 7 days (to include weekends). Working hours would generally be between 06:00 – 22:00 with the expectation to occasionally work overnight.

What will I do as a Senior Manufacturing Manager:
You will lead the manufacturing operation on site, by giving direction, leading by example and getting hands on when you need too. You’ll have overall responsibility of managing the sites P&L, measuring yield and controlling labour costs, whilst ensuring the people plan and operation are executed affectively. You will set the standard and drive product quality, compliance and Health, Safety & Environment.
What we’re looking for in a Senior Manufacturing Manager:
- Previous experience as a Shift Manager, Production Manager or similar ideally within Food Production.
- Experience of managing budgets and P&L.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement techniques would be an advantage.
- Not afraid to roll your sleeves up and lead from the front.
- Thrive in a past paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
