We’re on the lookout for a Leader to drive efficiencies across the manufacturing operation, lead & develop a motivated work force and take ownership of KPIs and the site P&L at our Largest Doughnut Factory in the UK, situated in Dartford.
Please note: the internal job title of this role will be \’Site Manager\’

What will I do as a Factory Manager:
You will take the lead to ensure the effective operation of the Krispy Kreme manufacturing process for our Dartford Factory. The Factory Manager will oversee all aspects of the manufacturing site, from Krispy Kreme production processes incorporating and equipment maintenance to workforce management and health & safety protocols. You will be leading and motivating the workforce, ensuring that teams are working cohesively to achieve production goals and freshness guidelines with a key focus on maintaining a safe and compliant working environment. You’ll have full accountability for the Manufacturing Doughnut KPIs of the bakery and be a brand ambassador for Krispy Kreme standards.

What we’re looking for in a Factory Manager:
- Leadership and People Management experience within an FMCG/Food environment.
- A strong background in Food Manufacturing or Food Production
- Practical working understanding of food manufacturing processes, including food safety regulations (such as HACCP and FDA guidelines) and quality control standards
- Hands on experience of managing KPIs, budgets and cost control
- Knowledge of quality control processes, continuous improvement techniques and methodology
- A keen interest staying updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices is important.
- Strong communication skills with a resilient nature
