What You’ll Be Doing:

As our Grocery Demand Planning Partner, your mission is simple: right doughnut, right place, right time. You’ll be the link between our sales, commercial, procurement and logistics teams, ensuring strong availability while balancing waste across our grocery and retail partners.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building and maintaining accurate forecasts for grocery partners, taking into account promotional activity, NPD launches, and range reviews
  • Managing availability and waste KPIs to drive performance and sales
  • Coordinating with procurement to ensure ingredients and materials are aligned with forecast volumes
  • Supporting range changes and product transitions, ensuring smooth launches and de‑listings
  • Analysing performance data to identify opportunities to improve on-shelf availability and reduce waste
  • Presenting insights and recommendations to the business, influencing decision making at all levels

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in demand forecasting, ideally in FMCG or grocery
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; Power Query and Power BI knowledge highly desirable
  • Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Great stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Strong organisation, time management, and adaptability to fast‑paced change
