Our Support Office is situated above the heart of the action right on top of our doughnut factory in Frimley, Surrey. It\’s a distinctive and motivating environment where the delightful aroma of freshly baked doughnuts fills the air, and the energy of the brand infuses daily life.

Your New Role

In this role you will be an inspirational leader within the finance function, driving the change needed to achieve business objectives. You will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Transformational efficiency changes: Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within the finance function. Implement best practices to drive continuous improvement.
  • Business Systems Optimisation: Work closely with IT and other departments to ensure the effective application and configuration of existing business systems. Enhance system functionality to support business objectives.
  • Project Management: Lead finance transformation projects from inception to completion. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to finance team members on new systems and processes. Ensure the team has the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
  • Performance Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Provide actionable insights to drive business performance.

What Experience Do You Need

  • Ideally you’ll have 5 + years in a finance role with strategic responsibility.
  • Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) is preferred.
  • You have an extremely sharp eye for detail teamed with a strong experience in driving efficiency through continuous improvement.
  • Strong understanding of business systems optimization.
  • Experience in project management and change management.
  • Excellent MS Office Suite.
  • Extremely organised with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid communicator and stakeholder management experience with the ability to communicate with multiple departments.
