All aboard for a feel-good job! Join our team at the station kiosk! Looking to be part of a people-first environment where you can brighten someone’s journey with a single box of doughnuts? Our train station kiosks may be small, but they’re packed with energy, friendly faces, and the world’s most loved doughnuts. As a valued team member, you’ll be the cheerful face travellers see as they grab a sweet treat or hot drink on the move — serving fresh doughnuts and drinks with a smile, keeping the kiosk running smoothly, and making sure every commuter leaves a little happier.

Station kiosks are all about fast-paced connection, independence, and delivering a big-brand experience in a compact space. This role involves some lone working, so you'll need to be confident working solo — for this reason, applicants must be 18 or over. If you enjoy creating positive moments, take pride in great service, and like the idea of working in a friendly, self-managed space with a constant flow of new faces, this could be your perfect stop. Full training is provided — just bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn.

Why you'll love working here

  • A welcoming and inclusive team
  • Paid training from day one
  • Learning and development opportunities
  • Holiday pay
  • Recognition for great work
  • Uniform provided
  • And of course... delicious Krispy Kreme doughnuts!

Ready to Lead the Sweetest Team in Town?

This isn’t just any job — it’s your chance to roll up your sleeves, take the lead, and keep things running smoother than our signature glaze.

What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

  • You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.
  • You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing.
  • You’ll be hands-on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
  • You’ll also jump into the behind-the-scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap-ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here.
  • When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.

What makes you our kind of leader?

  • You’ve got experience running the floor or you’re ready to rise and shine into that next step.
  • You lead with heart — people-first, customer-obsessed, and all about good vibes.
  • You're a team player who takes ownership and makes things happen.
  • You’ve got full availability and flexibility — weekends, weekdays, the whole shebang.
  • You bring energy, reliability, a great work ethic, and you’re always up for learning more.

Think you've got what it takes to keep the glaze flowing and the team glowing?

Retail is all about providing an exceptional customer experience, so be ready to discuss your past customer service stories. We should have examples on hand of how we've handled difficult situations or gone above and beyond to meet a customer's needs. These anecdotes will bring your application to life!

Familiarity with Point of Sale Systems

Many retail roles require us to work with Point of Sale (POS) systems, so it's a good idea to brush up on any relevant software you’ve used before. Be Ready for Role-Playing Scenarios

Many retail interviews include role-playing scenarios where we might have to deal with a difficult customer or upsell a product. Practising these scenarios with a friend or family member can help us feel more comfortable. The key here is to showcase our problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure!
