In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world‑famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast‑paced, hands‑on work where every role plays a key part in our success. Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut‑making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it’s showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and your part of the performance.

No baking experience? No problem. We provide full training — all you need is a great attitude, a team mindset, and a readiness to learn. What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Mixing up big batches of dough (bags of flour can weigh 25kg – we’re not kidding!)
  • Helping run the production line proofing, frying, and finishing our iconic doughnuts
  • Keeping things clean and tidy – end‑of‑day cleaning is part of the gig
  • Working in a fast‑paced environment where consistency and quality really matter
  • Being part of a close‑knit team who have fun while getting the job done
