In our standalone factories, you’ll join a dedicated team responsible for mixing, processing, and packaging our world-famous doughnuts — fresh and ready to ship to local stores and supermarket shelves. It’s fast-paced, hands-on work where every role plays a key part in our success.
Depending on the location, you may be applying to work in one of our unique theatre stores — where the factory is front and centre, and the doughnut‑making magic happens live for customers to see. When the Hot light is on, it’s showtime! Guests gather to watch the doughnuts being mixed, fried, and glazed in real time — and your part of the performance. No baking experience? No problem. What will I do as a Food Processing Operative:
You’ll be responsible for mixing our secret ingredients, filling, decorating, and boxing all our yummy doughnuts by hand daily. You’ll work in a fast‑paced and versatile manufacturing environment, with tight deadlines especially during peak times throughout the week and year. Expectations of quality and food safety standards are high; therefore, consistency and ability to follow food processing specifications is key.
What we’re looking for in a Food Processing Operative:
- Flexibility to work an 8 hour / day, in line with site specific manufacturing shift requirements
- Excellent availability to work between Monday to Sunday
- Quality focused, team players, who are looking to master their craft, while not taking themselves too seriously
- Excellent work ethic, reliability, coachability and a positive attitude
