The General Manager will lead multi-contract delivery operations across Lincoln, driving performance and profitability to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and clients. As a senior leader, you will hold full P&L accountability, inspire high-performing teams, and build strategic relationships to support sustainable growth and enhance the business reputation as a trusted partner.
Your Role as General Manager will be responsible for:
- Financial Leadership: Own full P&L accountability for a multi-contract regional business unit and ensuring commercial sustainability.
- Operational Excellence: Drive high-quality service delivery and customer outcomes, consistently exceeding client expectations across all contracts.
- People Leadership: Inspire and lead geographically dispersed teams, fostering engagement, developing talent, and creating a high-performance culture.
