Ahead of our Covent Garden opening this summer, we are searching for a special Operations Manager to join our senior management team. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing group looking to expand further within London and internationally.
The Group Kricket is a collection of modern Indian restaurants combining British ingredients with the flavours and aromas of India. Having started life in a 20-seater shipping container at Pop Brixton, Kricket now operates permanent locations in Brixton, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, and Soho, alongside our award-winning bar concept, SOMA.
What we look for
- The ideal candidate has experience in people-focused hospitality groups, managing multiple sites and teams.
- You’ll be responsible for the smooth running of day-to-day operations - from supporting, leading, and inspiring our teams and driving commercial performance, to ensuring we continue delivering best-in-class service standards across the Group.
- A leader who can master the balance between commercial success and our Kricket culture - someone who knows that a great guest experience starts with a happy and engaged team.
- A hands-on leader with a passion for service, people, and hospitality. Your role is 100% people-focused.
- A consistent presence in our restaurants, upholding Kricket’s standards and empowering our teams to succeed.
- The ability to exceed financial obligations and reach set business goals.
- Proven skills in managing staffing, scheduling, and training to maximise productivity and team performance.
- Active participation in budgeting, inventory control, and cost management to meet financial targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- New opening and all-day dining experience is a distinct plus.
